Sign InCity Site Legislative Public Meetings LegistarCity Home Guide Search Files Meetings City Council Members Pre-2014 Meetings TCMAC WATCH NOW City of Sunnyvale | Office of the City Clerk The Office of the City Clerk’s InSite web portal provides online access to Sunnyvale City Council and Board and Commission reports, agenda and minutes from January 1, 2014 to present. Browse via the tabs at the top of the screen: City Home The Home tab takes you to the City of Sunnyvale website. Search Files The Search Files tab allows you to search and download reports (including attachments), agendas and minutes for City Council and all board and commission meetings. Meetings The Meetings tab displays meetings in a specified date range for selected meeting bodies (City Council, board, commission, or subcommittee) using the criteria entered in drop-down menus and the Search textbox. The Meetings tab has two views: List View displays the meetings in the specified date range in list form (as seen below). Calendar View displays the meetings in the specified date range in calendar form. The record of each meeting includes the date, time, and location of the meeting, a list of all agenda items and associated reports, and downloadable agendas and the meeting minutes (once approved). Also available are videos of City Council and Planning Commission meetings and audio recordings of meetings of the Arts Commission, Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission, Board of Library Trustees, Heritage Preservation Commission, Housing and Human Services Commission, Parks and Recreation Commission and Sustainability Commission. Members The Members Tab contains the names of City Council and board/commission members. Two reports are available on the Members tab – a Roster of all Elected and Appointed Officials, and a list of current board/commission vacancies. Pre-2014 Meetings The Pre-2014 Meetings tab provides links to City Council and Planning Commission Agendas, Video and Audio recordings 2008-2013, and Board/Commission Agendas and Audio Recordings 2013, and Reports to Council (RTCs) 2003 - 2013. TCMAC The TCMAC tab provides a link to the City’s Tentative Council Meeting Agenda Calendar, which lists Closed Sessions, Study Sessions and Public Hearing items tentatively scheduled for upcoming Council dates.
